CANCELLATION POLICY

No-Show & Same-Day Cancellation Policy Please Read Before Booking At Sparkle By Irene, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and other clients waiting for appointments, the following policy applies: No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-Day Cancellation Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will also be subject to a 50% service fee. Future Bookings Any outstanding no-show or cancellation fees must be paid in full before booking any future appointments. Deposits All deposits remain non-refundable and non-transferable and do not apply toward no-show fees. By booking an appointment with Sparkle By Irene, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
